“Prior to coaching, I struggled with high-functioning anxiety. I had to be perfect and often seek to please others. There was never room for failure and as a result, I suffered from panic attacks, decision paralysis, and low self-esteem. I always felt guilty for taking the time to care for myself and didn’t set boundaries with my loved ones. Consequently, I was constantly exhausted.

When I first started coaching, I was often frustrated with Nadine because I expected her to give me an answer to all of my life problems. Through her seemingly unlimited patience, compassion and empathy, I learned about my saboteurs: over-compliance and worthlessness. I also realized that Nadine’s job as a coach was not to give me direct answers. Instead, Nadine helped me to discover, build, and sustain a mindset that has liberated me from my over-compliant and self-deprecating tendencies.

I’m entering a new chapter in my life, a lot lighter and happier. I no longer fear failure but do my best to embrace a growth mindset. I’ve learned to be in healthy relationships with others, set clear boundaries, and to take time to nurture and nourish me. Lastly, I’ve learned to love myself for who I am. This realization has been especially empowering to me.

I don’t say this lightly, however, Nadine has changed my life. While coaching can be difficult, it is definitely worth it. Nadine is someone who listens and is willing to adapt. When she realized that I didn’t resonate with the techniques she gave to reduce my anxiety, she immediately suggested something new. No matter how stubborn I was, Nadine never gave up on me and guided me to adopt a new mindset and, ultimately, lifestyle. I am so grateful to Nadine.”
