Integral And Transformational Coaching Starts By Asking Yourself If You…

  • Seek to have greater influence in your interactions with colleagues and teams?
  • Want to develop your executive presence to have a greater impact?
  • Wish to pivot to a more strategic/leadership role at work?
  • Find yourself stopped by fears of not being liked or accepted?
  • Worry about being perceived as inauthentic or arrogant?
  • Default to going along with others at the expense of your own happiness?
  • Long for something more while not feeling fulfilled by simply doing more?

The EvolveYOU Approach

We all have default operating models–the perfectionists, the high-achievers, the pleasers–that may have even helped us get to where we are but at some point, no longer serve us. We don’t feel effective or happy. We want more peace on the inside or more fun and adventure on the outside. We miss deeper connections with others. We long for something significant.

The EvolveYOU transformational coaching approach is centered on four pillars that enable you to look critically at how you navigate your personal life and work life. You’ll be able to evolve your life strategies to those that allow you to fully express yourself and have a greater impact on aspects of life that matter.

Personal mastery is a lifelong practice of personal evolution that creates the conditions for happiness and success-it involves living more consciously. It puts us in more direct contact with our true selves and helps us evolve the freedom and power to create things we care about in our lives.

How It Works

STEP 1: Complimentary Session

Book a free 30-minute session to learn about the EvolveYOU coaching approach. Coaching is a special relationship; let’s talk and explore if working together is a good fit. It’s also an excellent opportunity to answer questions you may have.

STEP 2: Welcome Kit

Once we decide to work together, you’ll receive a welcome kit, including a one-pager about getting the most value from EvolveYOU transformational and integral coaching.

STEP 3: Relationship Design

We will spend the first session together to design an alliance–mutual expectations of the coaching relationship and understand your strengths and areas for development.

STEP 4: Coaching Sessions

In our sessions, I will be your partner in supporting the change you wish to make. By exploring the four pillars, you will understand how you currently operate and what might get in the way of you thriving or even being the person you truly are inside. For as long as you’re committed, I will be your champion and support you in the actions that you will take to achieve your goals. Often these actions are relatively small but can significantly impact your life.

In your life and work, you are held accountable for the commitments you made to others. In coaching, I will work with you to hold you accountable for the commitments you make to yourself.”

Are you ready to get started?

Pillar 1: consciousness

The first pillar is about raising your consciousness (self-awareness).

Together we will create a space of trust allowing you to open up and look at yourself in a different and fresh way.

Coaching is about change. Through thought-provoking and reflective dialogues, you will become more self-aware of who you are and how you operate. This involves bringing awareness to your cultural identity, values, beliefs, and societal and parental expectations–all of which have influenced your operating model.

As you become more conscious of your desires, values, and fears, you’re more motivated to take action. By taking action, you’ll learn more about yourself and increase your self-awareness.

Pillar 2: connection

The second pillar is about connection, exploring what you want, and seeking to understand the disconnections you may be experiencing. Sometimes our disconnections get in the way of being who we really are. For example, you are not in healthy relationships with others when you often protect yourself from fully expressing yourself and forming deep connections. Similarly, you may not be honoring your personal needs and happiness (relationship with self) when you often give away your power and always go along with others.

Coaching offers you an alternative, neutral perspective where you’ll be able to connect to who and what matters. You’ll be equipped to see your relationships differently and understand where they may need to evolve.

Once this shift happens, you’ll be empowered to choose to engage in any relationship from a place of strength instead of feeling weighed down, thereby reducing stress and anxiety.

Pillar 3: COURAGE

The third pillar focuses on courage and helping you find the strength to fully express yourself. We’ll leverage techniques grounded in Embodiment Practices, Neuroscience, and Conscious/Creative Leadership, enabling you to move from your headspace to become more conscious of emotions and intuition, the sources of your inner wisdom.

Together, we will create rituals and habits that focus on mindfulness, involve movement, and are meaningful to you to move toward positive, sustaining change. As you commit to these new and exciting rituals and habits, you will be able to see subtle changes that allow you to embrace your wholeness. Your confidence will increase.

With full expression, you will have the courage to create a life of your choosing.

Pillar 4: CREATIVITY

To express ourselves, we have to know ourselves. Part of knowing ourselves is to follow what we love and live according to our values. Our creativity is compromised if we are disintegrated and unable to use both sides of our brain hemispheres. When we embrace our naturally creative, resourceful, and whole selves, we have more range and sensitivity to ourselves and others.

By building on the other pillars–raising consciousness, connecting to who and what matters, and finding the courage to be authentic–you will increase and improve your inner evolution towards internal peace and a deep sense of belonging. It is through belonging–being comfortable in one’s skin–that enables you to access your creativity.

You can operate to your fullest potential as effective, confident leaders and happy humans with access to your creativity.
